40 Day Sadhana.
Sadhana is a disciplined practice or time of learning.
Throughout this journey, you will be guided through different themes each week ranging from body awareness, energetic awareness and mental exploration all with the hope of deepening your relationship with your Self.
Through the use of meditations, writing exercises, and self-exploratory questions, it is my hope that these practices will take you on a journey to connect with each layer of your being.
When things feel a little wobbly or unstable in your outer world, we must stabilise our internal structure - these practices are an opportunity to do just that.

Final 5 days - please complete the meditations and practices once more time throughout the 5 days to finish your 40 days.
