Retreats are a beautiful opportunity to switch off from the outside world and tune into your inner worlds, even just for a little while. 

Below are the upcoming day and weekend retreats I am offering. 


Day Retreats

Held at the beautiful Pensthorpe Nature Reserve in their spacious Garden Room, these day retreats offer a chance to commune with nature, to press pause on your daily life and immerse yourself into the practice, the space, the medicine that is found within nature. 

Example Schedule: 

9:15-9:30 - Arrival and Welcome

9:30-11am - Yoga Practice

11am-12pm - Free Time (we provide self-exploration work or time to read, connect with others in the beautiful courtyard, read your book etc)

12pm - Lunch - Seasonal Foods, Ayurvedically inspired

12-2pm -  Free time ( Explore the Reserve, read, take a nap - everything is welcome) 

2-4pm - Yoga Class

4pm - Goodbyes


Weekend Retreats


This 2 night retreat is held in a pair of beautifully converted barns in the middle of the Norfolk Countryside.

What these retreats offer is space. 
An opportunity to practice if you'd like to, or rest if not.
Delicious, nutritious meals.
A library of favourite books.
Beautiful rooms to switch off and rest. 
A place for you to choose the nourishment you need. 
The coast is a 40 minute drive away or there is endless countryside to be explored from the front door. 
There is a massage therapist who is available to book throughout the weekend if you would like.
